Guarantee Policy

To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking.

The required deposit to confirm the reservation is equivalent to one night of stay.

The reservation will be confirmed once the payment receipt has been received and verified, which may take up to 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid charges, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the arrival date.

Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge equivalent to one night of stay.

No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation, a charge equivalent to one night of stay will apply.

Extra Guest Policy
Room rates are based on double occupancy.

Beginning with the third person in the same room, an additional charge per extra guest will apply according to the hotel’s current policy.

Overbooking Policy
